Are there any minimums for Wash & Fold?

Yes, we require a $20 order minimum.

Do you have larger capacity washing machines that can handle bigger items such as comforters?

Yes, we have 4 55lb oversized washing machines for your convenience these work well for oversized items such as comforters, car covers, rugs, etc….

Do you provide free Wi-Fi?

Yes.

Does Pleasantville Laundry accept coins, cards, or both?

Pleasantville Laundry is a full coin-operated laundromat. We have two change machines and an ATM. We only accept cards for Wash & Fold.

How do I download your iOS or Android app for my phone?

Is there an attendant on duty to help if I have a question or problem?

Yes! We are fully attended Monday to Saturday from 9am to 5pm. We are also always accessible through text or call at 914-299-8243.

What are your hours of operation?

Our operating hours are 6am to midnight daily. We are attended and able to accept wash & fold from 9am to 5pm on Monday to Saturday.

What is the average wash and dry time per machine?

We have 20lb, 30lb and 55lb wash machines. 20lb take approximately 20 minutes, 30lb approx 25 minutes and 55lb approximately 30 minutes per cycle. Our dryers are $.25 for every six minutes.

What is your turnaround time for Wash & Fold?

We guarantee 24 hour turnaround time with same-day available if dropped off before 11am.

Where are you located? And is there parking available?

We’re conveniently located in the downtown village of Pleasantville, New York. We’re directly across from the Pleasantville Metro-North train station. There’s ample parking in front of the store along the street as well as 3 major parking lots in the surrounding area. You can utilize the Pango app to pay for your parking as well as feed meters with quarters if easier for you. Upon request we can offer curbside pick up and drop off as well.
